Pleased to be showing “prime cuts” at Superfine Art Fair Seattle July 27-30.
Prime cuts is a fantastical meat market, a sparkling assortment of female body parts interspersed with various cuts of meat fabricated from a collection of dressmakers’ hams. These fabric forms, which are traditionally used in the construction and pressing of garments, have been affixed with 40,000 sequins and glass seed beads, transforming once utilitarian items into decorative objects of desire.
